Commercial Projects : Site Offices at Cairo Festival City, New Cairo, Egypt

New Cairo Festival City covers an area of roughly 69,400 acres and is currently envisaged to accommodate a population of roughly 2,000,000 on completion, which is due by 2017. It is one of the largest new cities and often seen as the natural expansion of Nasr City, which is located 5km away.

Al Futtaim Real Estate Development SAE (AFRED) intends to create "Cairo Festival City" CFC to be a major addition to Egypt real estate market. The site offices shall be the temporary station of AL Futtaim activities within the entire CFC site.

One of them is the offices building, which overlooks the site entrance with a net area of about 5000 sq.m. The other building is the restaurant, which is located at the rear of the offices building with a net area about 305 sq.m
